Responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility by working independently doing light electrical, plumbing, general repairs around the property, and some janitorial duties including trash removal, mopping, snow removal, maintaining exterior grounds, ect. Are also responsible for responding to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner—all in contribution to the continued effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

This includes performing the following specific tasks to the highest standards:

Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry

Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs

Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment

Perform special projects, as needed

• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
